How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password" to receive a reset link via email. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder. If you have 2FA enabled, you'll need access to your authenticator app.
Can I change my username?
Yes! Go to Settings > Account to update your username. Note that your username must be unique.
Why can't I edit my predictions?
Predictions are locked once the voting period ends for that phase. Make sure to submit your predictions before the deadline shown on the award show page.
How are ties handled?
In case of a tie on the leaderboard, the user who submitted their predictions first is ranked higher.
Report an Issue
If you encounter inappropriate content or behavior from other users, please use the report feature available on comments and user profiles. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action. For urgent matters, please email us with "URGENT" in the subject line.
